Your experiences during our sessions are confidential and HIPPA protected.
Appointments are scheduled, confirmed, cancelled, and rescheduled via our scheduler, Acuity Scheduling. After you schedule, you will receive, via email, a confirmation of your appointment. At the bottom of this email are clickable buttons to allow you to Change/Cancel your appointment and add it automatically to your iCal/Outlook/Google calendar.
Keep this confirmation email in a safe place. For some remote sessions, a Zoom ID is provided automatically at the time of scheduling. Your payment is accepted at the time of scheduling. Failure to cancel within 5 hours of session start time will forfeit session fee.
As a courtesy, please arrive for your phone / Zoom appointment in a timely manner. If more than 10 minutes late, your session goals will be compacted and prioritized according to your wishes in-order-to prevent inconveniencing other scheduled clients.
